THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE BINDING ON YOU. PLEASE

THEM BEFORE ENTERING IN TO THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONSENT TO PROCEED
WITH THE WORK WILL TAKEN AS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND
UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Law, otherwise this contract shall be governed by English Law
and no other.
2. Quotations
- All prices stated include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Firm price quotations are valid for a period of 28 calendar
days after which time they may be subject to alteration.
- Where quotations are based on details provided by the Customer,
such quotations are subject to the accuracy of those measurements
and/or information.
3. Installation
- We will do all that we reasonably can to meet the date agreed
for installation. However, in the case of unforeseen circumstances
beyond our reasonable control we may not be able to do so. In
such circumstances we will contact you to agree an alternative

the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Customer’s
reasonable control the Customer should contact us to agree an
alternative date.
- We will carry out any installation works described in the

specifically stated in the quote.
4. Consents
- The Customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary planning

and we accept no responsibility whatsoever in the event that
they have not.

installation date within 50m (150 yards) of the installation
site. Failure to do so will result in an abort call-out fee of £50.

the Customer at the time of completion.
- Where several separate installation works are carried out
at the same premises, payment for each individual installation
will be collected from the Customer at the time of completion.
